Stayed for two nights for honeymoon to explore room. We had one of the luxury suites which had a beautiful and private courtyard. The room was nice with giant jacuzzi tub, but no shower which I did not expect. Breakfast was fine and the location was great. I thought the friendliness of the staff at checkin could be much improved. If someone from the hotel is reading this, please work on this. You have guests jet lagged and tired checking in who are excited about their trip to Italy. Why not greet them and make them feel special and welcome rather than a bother?
The best part of the hotel was the rooftop bar where they made great drinks and gave you very tasty snacks. The servers were really friendly as well.
Overall, it’s a fine hotel and affordable for a few nights stay to explore Rome.
We were in Rome for 30th wedding anniversary. This hotel was perfectly located, very clean and safe. Bed was super comfortable. Spacious room and bathroom. Self service component of restaurant was varied and delicious. Staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and would return.
Located across the bridge from Trastevere area with vibrant nightlife and restaurants. A bit of a walk to some of the other sites in city but that was okay with us. We liked being out of the busier neighborhoods.
They offered fabulous views of the fireworks on the terrace for New Year's Eve and even provided champagne!
Everything was perfect except for the noise of the elevator in my room, it was on the top floor so the elevator machine was too near it and the noise was horrible. I wouldn't repeat just for that reason. Also you cannot control the temperature directly from your room and must call reception to change it, also a huge inconvenience.
But, those 2 issues aside, it's a perfectly good hotel.
Nice hotel in good location ( approximately 25 minutes from the Vatican and 30 minutes from the Colesseum and a short walk from many other attractions ). Good selection for breakfast available in an internal courtyard ( the small birds do spot any food left unattended 😀 ).
Room was a reasonable size and was nicely decorated. Public areas are all well presented. Nice to have a rooftop area to relax when not exploring.
Recommended.
The location was great; a few minutes away from Trastevere and Campo dei Fiori.
The room was quite spacious and airy, with a small terrace, where one could have a peaceful drink. Even though the temperature outside was hot (August), the ac worked perfectly and the room was kept at a cool temperature.
The breakfast was superb. It's held in a lovely garden with a great choice of sweet and savory food.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Stayed here a couple of nights while in Rome. It was a nice place and I know there are nice rooms because I've seen pictures of them. The room I had was not bad. it just seemed a bit dated. Also, it was not as big as I thought it would be as I did originally book the superior double. $430.97 just seems a bit steep for 2 nights in that specific room.
The location was great, though. The service was very good and the hotel itself was nice. I would still stay here again and give it another shot.
Beautiful small hotel in a great location. We stayed for three days and walked everywhere. Close to everything and still on a quiet street. Good breakfast in the morning with a nice rooftop bar to grab a post dinner drink.
Great hotel. We will definitely stay here again. We were lucky enough to reserve the 6th floro Belvedere room. This room IS the 6th floor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and then walk up your own staircase. The room isn't huge but nicely done. The private balcony is everything. We never went to the rooftop bar because we had our own private rooftop! Hotel is within walking distance of everything if you are a good walker. But, plenty of restaurants and shops within one or two blocks.
Breakfast was amazing. Tons of options, all of them delicious. A great way to start a busy day of touring Rom!
Everyone talks about how huge and crowded Rome is, but we liked it more than we expected. This hotel and location were a big part of that!
